My Mission
First, I'd like to thank the residents who kindly participated in my project. I learned many things from each one of the stories and I appreciate the time you took to share them with me.

I created this website as a service project for the International Baccalaureate Program. The goal of the website is to allow the Residents of Dogwood Estates to share their stories in order for them to connect with family, friends, and other residents; as well as documenting their stories for future residents and future family members to see.

About Me
My name is Elliott Brecht. I have been a server for about a year at Dogwood Estates. Although it is my first job, it has been a wonderful experience serving at the community. One I will never forget.
My Story
​
I am 18 years old and a senior at Denton High School. I have played baseball for about 14 years, I tried other sports but baseball has been my passion. Also, I am a member of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, a prestigious college prep program offered at Denton High School. My plan after high school is to go to Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas to study Criminal Justice. It has been a dream of mine for a long time. My dream job is to become an attorney.

The message I have received from the interviews is to be mannerly, treat people with the upmost respect, take chances, and FINISH COLLEGE!
